Tom's real estate background includes 15 years of experience in residential home development. As an executive at a national home building firm, Tom was responsible for marketing, merchandising, pricing, and product development on over 20 new home communities, and he managed a sales team that sold and closed 1,350 homes. In addition to residential brokerage at Coldwell Banker, Tom is a principal of Laurel Homes, Inc., a new home development company in Menlo Park. A Bay Area resident for over 25 years, Tom is a homeowner in Menlo Park with his wife, Kimberly, and their two children. Tom is a licensed real estate broker and holds a B.S. in Finance as well as an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Jakki’s ten years of practical experience with all aspects of real estate operations provide an invaluable asset for clients as she guides Buyers and Sellers through the real estate process. Her responsibilities also include property preparation, market data research, and assisting Tom in market analysis preparation. Jakki, who has lived in Palo Alto for 9 years, is an avid traveler who stays active in the local yoga and running communities. Jakki holds a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois.
